Eva Mendes (born in New York City) is an American actress and model. Eva Mendes was first discovered by a talent agency who saw her potential. They advised her that she should pursue a job in the entertainment sector. After much deliberation and consideration, she decided to leave the University to join the entertainment world. Her debut was in the movie Children of the Corn V : Fields of Terror, which she was not happy with how the film turned out. To show her skills her worth, she appeared in several low-budget films to improve her acting. It was a difficult path for this actor and she performed well because of her willpower and determination.
